They are delightful, gracious and open-hearted and will make every effort to ensure you are well taken care during your stay. Service begins the moment you step into the villa, and whatever your needs, or special requests, it will be their pleasure to help make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

All members of the Windu Asri team are professional, well trained, dedicated and friendly with good English speaking skills:

Our staff members work in revolving shifts, so they are available at the villa 24 hours to assist with your needs and requests. The guests' privacy is also a main concern of our staff, so they are not intrusive. If complete privacy is desired our manager or supervisor will make sure that the staff stay out of sight. Be pampered and don't lift a finger...

Manager

The Windu Villas Manager leads the staffing team and manages operational issues with the aim of exceeding the expectation of each guest. His dedication to detail and to our guests' experiencing a first class holiday is apparent from the minute he greets you upon your arrival.

Supervisor

The villa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and assisting with all aspects of the daily operation of Villa Windu Asri and ensuring guests needs are met. He will be pleased to arrange for private cars and drivers, babysitters, spa therapists, yoga instructors and more. Whether you wish to learn more about the Balinese culture, call a taxi, make a dinner reservation at one of Seminyak's world class restaurants, locate the best shops or make a run to the pharmacy, he is always available to help.

Chef

Trained in local and western cuisine and in charge of market shopping as well as preparing delicious meals, the villa Chef will delight you with superb Western and Asian cuisine, utilising the abundant fruits, vegetables and fish from the island as well as gourmet imported products. Your meals will be prepared and served when and where you choose - one of the joys of a villa holiday is not having to fit in with anyone's schedule but your own.

Butlers

The personal butlers are responsible for the villa set up, guest service, housekeeping, kitchen duties and providing waiter service. They take exceptional pride in making certain that the villa and each guest suite is spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming. Their service with a smile and special touches of charm will help create a warm and cared for environment.

Gardener

The Gardener will make sure that the beautiful landscaping and villa property is maintained to the highest standards, as well as ensuring that the swimming pool is always clean and sparkling.

Night Security Guard

Ensuring you can enjoy your time at Windu Villas with confidence is our security guard's top priority. He is on duty at the villa every night from 10 pm to 6 am. Additionally, a security team is on duty 24 hours a day at the main entrance to the estate to ensure the safety and security of the whole area.
